I just want to take a moment to thank all of you parents for your cooperative effort to help our students be the best they can be. This is most evident through your continual support of your kids; whether this is through communication in our planners, phone calls, emails, and/or conferences. If you ever have any concerns please feel to contact me. I value (and love) your feedback.
Parents, is you did want a conference but missed you time or didn't think one was necessary before, please feel free to get ahold of me. I am always ready and willing to talk about anything that may arise. We don't have to wait until conference time.
I'm looking forward to a great week ahead! We have parent-teacher conferences Tuesday night and Thursday afternoon and night. If you are unsure of your scheduled time, or have decided that you would like to meet, please let me know. I look forward to speaking with each of you. :)
Below, you will find the most up to date conference schedule. Just a heads up, we are celebrating Valentine's Day this Friday (the 13th. . . oooohhhh). So, if you would like to send valentine's treats please do so! We will be doing games, thanks to Jessika McCoy, and having treats in the afternoon. Below you will find an attached class list. I just ask that you send enough treats, gifts, etc. for everybody, if you do choose to do so. If you would like to help out in any way, please contact Jessika, as she is our classroom mom, in charge of all the extra fun things we get to do.
Parents, below you will find the technology release form that should have been brought home today. Please send a signed copy back as soon as possible.
Welcome to our new classroom blog!
I am very excited to get this started to better keep communication open between myself and parents, between parents as well as between students, parents, and myself. My hope with this blog is to update all of you about the "going ons" in our classroom from week to week, as well as to keep everybody update about upcoming events. I would really love to get student interaction on this blog as well. I know they love anything tech and LOVE to tell everybody about what is going on the classroom and at home. I think that this could be a very positive aspect of our classroom, especially if we can all work together to help make it successful. I look forward to the upcoming interactions we can all have together through this new platform. |
